The pleasure of choosing. The pleasure of telling the passion of people working with nature through the fragrances and the tastes of the land: wine, oil, food. “LaDegustazione meets the world” will be hold on June 19, a meeting only for the Ho.Re.Ca. operators around the world to discover wineries, oil mills and food producers belonging to’s network. Some companies, chosen for the passion they devote to their land and their mission, will meet exclusively food service’s experts and buyers as well as sommeliers and chefs. The aim is the creation of a “Flavour supply chain”, where the original product is enhanced by cooking and high-quality wine-pairing.

The meeting opens with a short session to explain the “” project and to introduce the producers. Then a wide taste itinerary of the exhibited products follows while, the meeting planner and some of the exhibitors, hold seminars at the same time.
