In the cozy atmosphere of Villa Two Oaks located in Via Two Oaks, 15 in Cisterna di Latina premiere of TASTING SMOKED preceded by an overture of Fresh Fish which will take place April 17th at 20:15.
Tasting will be introduced by Dr. Flavio Di Gregorio from Degustazione.com, he will lead us thru trye discovery of the characteristics of breeding and freedom 'Salmon, its virtues and its health benefits compared with those of other fish meat of excellence of our seas and  and cold North Pacific.

Pairing with:
the extraordinary oustanding FRANCIACORTA ARCHETTI MILLESIMATO 2008, 56 months on its own lees
and with
FAMOSO cryomacerated, NATIVE white wine from Marche (Urbino)
The dream of Italian champagne in comparison with the aroma and the perfume of the grape, the chemistry of taste of the king orange fish and his noble fish princely court that  has never been proposed yet at an audience in Italy.
